How fast will my order ship?
Your wine journal order will ship the following business day via
USPS priority mail.
All of our trivet and cork boards are made to order and will ship
within 10 days of your order via UPS ground. If you need something
quicker, please give us a call and we may have it in stock.
Arrangements can also be made for next day air shipping.
What payments do you accept?
We have recently switched merchants to Paypal and now accept all
major credit cards. Upon checkout, you will be taken to our credit
card processor, Paypal. You do not have to have an account with
Paypal to pay by credit card.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We will of course accept any returns and provide a full refund if
you are in some way dissatisfied with your order. (although we've
never had anything returned to us yet.)
What is the difference between your trivets and the ones I see
in catalogs?
Our trivets and bulletin boards are hand made, hand finished, and
made from pure American hardwoods. We offer unique sizes and
finishes at your request.
Will you build me a custom size or custom finish?
Of course! Just send us an email with your request and we'll give
you an estimate. We've created beautiful cork boards in cherry,
mahogany and various other woods and finishes.
During the month of December, however, we regret that we cannot
fill custom orders.
Are you open during the holidays?
We are closed the week of Christmas, December 20th - 28th. Please
get your orders in prior to December 17th in time for Christmas
delivery.
